Suspended Tinted Glass Fireplace
Elegant Home, Middlesex

Such an elegant new build project was brought to us directly from the client. With a precise vision of the fireplace for their open plan living space, they visited our fireplace studio to view our suspended glass fireplaces live on display. During the private appointment we discussed the intricate features of our glass designs, including the mitred edges, and the wide range of glass tints available to perfectly suit their interior decor.

The hanging canopy of the fireplace was designed over a split level living area, with a dropped ceiling where the client wished some of the canopy to be underneath. The offset gather and steel framework canopy was designed to the millimetre together with the site contractors and architect. to perfectly align with the modus operandi. The geometry had no room for error.

The twin wall flue system had to be angled within the canopy, and rose out of the single story room, with Exodraft fan extraction on the roof, powder coated to the clients choice of RAL colour. The extraction fan is linked directly into the Honeywell mains operated remote system with the fireplace, and burner was dressed with exclusive handpainted ceramic logs with woodchips below.

Every new project produces unique criteria which we thrive and specialise on designing exactly the ideal specification for our client, and this installation showcases exactly that.
