Our talented engineers in the factory use precision and attention to detail, to beautifully manufacture your unique fireplace. With an extensive range of materials available to us, your fireplace options can be vast. We offer comprehensive 3D dimensional sketches, along with CAD drawings to bring your designs to life.
Fireplace Studio
Our unrivalled fireplace studio offers a dedicated place to view a collection of our bespoke fireplaces and Kalfire models live on display. We request appointments only, to allow our clients unlimited time to discuss their individual needs, design their beautiful bespoke fireplace, along with reviewing flue routes & service requirements in detail.

Installation Expertise
On all of our contracts, we strive to complete a full site survey with all involved personnel, to discuss the full installation process, from service requirements, to the schedule for fitting. We provide in-depth detail regarding vital air and ventilation requirements, and help coordinate flue routes to suit your site conditions, whilst complying with building regulations.
Training
Continuous training in comprehensive health and safety areas is carried out by our staff, including our CHAS certification. Our engineers are certified in Gas Safe and HETAS, providing full registration on completion of the installations. They also carry a number of individual qualifications including PASMA tower training.
After-Sales Service
We pride ourselves on our knowledge and expertise in fireplaces and flue systems. We endeavour to assist you with advice on construction and building materials to surround your new fireplace, along with design suggestions for your chimney breast. All of our fireplaces come with a complete 2-year warranty, including parts and labour on full supply and install contracts.
