Suspended glass fireplaces are an elegant choice for a central hanging fire. Our designs are 100% bespoke, so we can manufacture your specification to millimetre precision.
Many clients opt for a clear toughened glass for their gas fireplace; or Robax glass for wood burner. The suspended glass compliments the open living space in the room. We also have a wide range of colour choices available for the glass canopy, including the features Bronze tint (above) showcased in our fireplace portfolio.
As you can also see in this project, because each bespoke fireplace design is created to a completely new specification each time, we work closely with all parties on the job. Liaising with the interior designer, architect, contractor and end client, to ensure every aspect perfectly aligns with the surrounding interiors. This element of our fireplace design work is so important that we apply this modus operandi to every enquiry from the outset. We also ensure that our experienced team have the vital knowledge for not only the fire, but the flue system and fans where required.
Hanging Steel Fireplaces
Our bespoke fireplace designs are not limited to a specific shape, size or configuration. Take this beautiful hanging firebowl we created for The Corinthia Hotel, London; one of our many commercial fireplace projects. This design incorporates a fully remote operated gas burner with ceramic log fuel bed, and integrated flue system within the suspended fireplace pipe.
The suspended steel fireplaces can be designed to any size and shape, and can be created in a complete framework for the on-site contractor to clad in their chosen material. Alternatively, we offer a wide range of finishes, including powder coated steel to the clients chosen RAL colour code.
Niches, bookcases and hidden cupboards can also be integrated into the fireplace design; whether it be in the base or the canopy. We work alongside site AV specialists and technicians to ensure that all heat proofing is considered in and around the fireplace where required.
With every bespoke gas fireplace, a Honeywell mains operated remote system is included to light and extinguish the suspended fireplace with ease. Different burner types are available for the clients consideration. A line burner / ribbon burner as available for a modern, minimalist effect. For a deeper flame pattern our ceramic burners offer a wide selection of fuel bed choices, with hand painted ceramic logs being a top favourite.
